Job Description

As the Supervisor, you will report to the Executive Director and be a part of the Student and Family Services Division (SFSD) and leadership team.

The Supervisor will lead the complex work of SFSD’s Student Health Services/Wellness/Clinical & Grant implementation. SFSD Student Health Services will include the coordination of specialized health services and mandated health services, clinical support for school based nurses, coordinating with Non Public Agencies providing specialized health services, and leading the central nursing team and health workers. In addition, the Supervisor will lead MS Health & Wellness, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Tobacco Use Prevention and Education (TUPE), Health Education, Internship and Mentoring programs, and other grant related work. They will work closely with other divisional leaders to ensure that students and families are centered in these programs and they understand their rights and responsibilities for any behavioral, counseling, or wellness intervention. They will work closely with other departments and schools to ensure processes are followed and staff are trained to follow and implement grant requirements, aligned with coordinated care and clinical approaches and district policies and procedures. The Supervisor will oversee all documentation and data management for the division's grant related services work, serve as liaison to grant funders, and complete all reporting responsibilities. They will help lead cross divisional work whenever necessary.
