Job Description

The Supervisor in the TLEE program will coach in and help to build the program, which will serve up to 25 principals and 25 APs in each cohort. Leaders in this program will participate in monthly professional development and bi-weekly coaching for 2 years (principals) and 2 years (APs.) This supervisor will hold responsibility for the effective implementation of the program components: professional development, coaching, and evaluation. This supervisor will collaborate with the director of TLEE and the other supervisors to design and lead the professional development. This supervisor will also collaborate with the team on other leadership development efforts as needed. This supervisor will work in the Educational Services Department  and will report to the Director of TLEE.
